1. Agreement to Terms > By using kalm.gg, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use immediately.

2. Use of Google Services > Our platform interacts with Google Cloud APIs. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Google Cloud credentials complies with Google’s own terms of service.

3. Limitation of Liability > To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law (specifically Article 383 of the UAE Civil Code), we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, except in cases of gross negligence or fraud.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction > These terms are governed by the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi Courts.
