KALM Partners Ali Al Ramahi and Dr. Melita N. Moore attended the SPIA 2026 awards representing the firm. The nomination is for a KALM programme — credit shared across the team, the partners, and every institution that has worked with us to take athlete development from ambition to operating model.

For us, the value of a nomination like this is not the trophy — it is the signal. Institutional esports consulting is still a young category, and recognition at this level helps make the case to ministries, federations, and academies that performance, protection, and talent pathways belong inside one operating layer, not three.
